Over the years, Magnus has accomplished two Gold Records with Hammerfall, several Grammy Nominations, Euro Awards and Artist of the Year Nominations.
He has been given The Save the Earth Prize a Rotary Award for fine commitment and is honored with a Cultural Scholarship by the Adlerbertska Scholarship Foundation.
Magnus has engaged himself with cultural events beyond the usual. He has played with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra as well as with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Furthermore he played on his solo base in a ballet performed on the Gothenburg Opera. Magnus is also the creator of the recognized project Culture Meets Industry.
