MALEVOLENT CREATION Recruits Former CKY Frontman DERON MILLER

Florida death metal veterans MALEVOLENT CREATION have recruited Deron Miller as their new frontman.

Best known as the former lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of rock band CKY, which he co-founded in 1998, Miller also fronts the progressive metal band FOREIGN OBJECTS, the melodic death metal group WORLD UNDER BLOOD and the rock band 96 BITTER BEINGS.

MALEVOLENT CREATION's founding guitarist Philip Fasciana announced Miller's addition to the band in a social media post earlier today (Wednesday, October 18). He wrote: "New front man for MALEVOLENT CREATION is no other then Deron Miller -X CKY, WORLD UNDER BLOOD and after hearing his cover song of 'Alliance Or War' on the WORLD UNDER BLOOD album you will understand!!!! Album is in the works now. Go to plastichead.com for all your MALEVOLENT CREATION merchandise!!!! It's fucking on!!!!"

Two and a half years ago, MALEVOLENT CREATION parted ways with drummer Phil Cancilla and vocalist/guitarist Lee Wollenschlaeger and replaced them with Ronnie Parmer and Ryan Taylor, respectively. It is not clear when Taylor exited MALEVOLENT CREATION.

MALEVOLENT CREATION's latest album, "The 13th Beast", was released in January 2019 via Century Media. It was the band's sole disc to feature Cancilla and Wollenschlaeger.
