Dark Moor unveils its new lineup with a move that will define its next phase: Alberto Scarlatta and soprano Mariana Otero will share lead vocal duties. Two voices at the forefront, opening a new chapter in the band’s history.
Alberto Scarlatta joins the group with a versatile voice and extensive stage experience in musical theatre. He is currently playing Galileo in the Madrid production of "We Will Rock You".
Soprano Mariana Otero, who has already performed with Dark Moor at recent shows, officially joins the band as one of its two lead vocalists. Her operatic range and expressive delivery will blend with Scarlatta’s voice to create a vocal approach that opens up new possibilities within the band’s sound.
The new lineup is completed by the addition of Nacho Arriaga on drums. Joining them are Enrik García on guitars, Dani Fernández on bass and Óscar Calvo on violin.
Dark Moor is currently writing its next album, with recording scheduled for 2027. The band plans to release a first preview after the summer of that year.
