CRYLORD TAKE AIM AT THE "BIRDS OF STEEL"

Polish guitar virtuoso Boguslaw Balcerak returns with the next chapter of CRYLORD, bringing back vocalist Mark Boals and drummer Rob Wroblewski for "Birds of Steel" - twelve brand-new tracks of guitar-driven metal arriving October 14, 2026. Check out the first single, "Follow The Moonlight" here.

Following 2025's "Lost Bloody Heroes", the new album continues the collaboration while staying firmly rooted in the musical identity Balcerak has built throughout CRYLORD's career. His sound reaches back to the golden age of neo-classical metal, inspired by the impact of seeing Yngwie J. Malmsteen perform in 1989. Over the decades, Balcerak transformed those influences into a distinctive style combining virtuoso technique, classical elements, heavy riffs, memorable melodies, and touches of power and progressive metal.

And then there's Mark Boals, who has been part of the CRYLORD story since the band's 2011 debut "Blood of the Prophets". His powerful, melodic voice remains the perfect counterpoint to Balcerak's guitar firepower.

Lyrically and visually, "Birds of Steel" takes a darker contemporary turn, portraying a devastated world where deadly machines descend from the skies - brought vividly to life through artwork by Artur Miłoń, who also wrote all the album's lyrics.
