Quiet Riot singer, Jizzy Pearl, has announced that he will be leaving the band. Pearl took to social media to break the news.

Says Jizzy: “Hey Everyone—I have decided to leave Quiet Riot. I will continue to fulfill all scheduled dates within my contractual obligations. As the old cliche` says, “I am moving on to new creative pursuits and projects.” Things happen when they’re supposed to happen. I wish the QR guys all the best—That’s it! Thanks!”

Meanwhile, Quiet Riot’s management have issued the following statement: “Quiet Riot is currently accepting submissions for a new vocalist within North America for 2027 and beyond. The shows on the calendar this year will go on as scheduled. Please send materials and contact information to management at Wonder Dog LLC – info@quietriot.band. Please do not send messages on this page or social media.

“We all wish to thanks Jizzy Pearl for his years of dedication, talent and professionalism and wish him well on all his future endeavors.”

Last month, Quiet Riot announced a run of Canadian dates in July and August, making stops in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec, as well as some more US concerts, along with their 2027 Latin American tour.

Speaking exclusively to BraveWords scribe Aaron Small, Quiet Riot guitarist Alex Grossi said, “It will be five years this August since this lineup of Quiet Riot was solidified with Rudy (Sarzo, bassist) coming back into the fold. We are really excited to be hitting parts of the world that the band hasn’t been to, in some cases in over 40 years. We are extremely excited to be branching out and bringing the music to people and markets, some of whom will be experiencing the band for the first time. Look for more international touring in 2027.”
