Fallujah have issued some clarification regarding the recent absence of their founding guitarist Scott Carstairs from their latest touring. As it turns out, that situation is a result of a scheduling conflict with Entheos, another band Carstairs performs with.
While that group is about to head out with Jinjer and Crystal Lake, Fallujah have just hit the road with Between The Buried And Me and Imperial Triumphant.
Fallujah commented on Carstairs‘ absence today, May 28th, revealing that ex-Fallujah guitarist Nico Santora (Darkest Hour, etc.) has been tapped as a live fill-in for the time being.
“Some of you may have noticed that our guitarist & founding member @scott_carstairs isn’t with us for our US tour with @btbamofficial and @imperialtriumphant. Due to a prior commitment with his other band Entheos, we will instead be joined by our good friend & previous Fallujah member @nicosantora, who is also known for playing in Darkest Hour, The Faceless, Suicidal Tendencies, Lillake, and more.
We fully support Scott in his decision to balance Fallujah with his other commitments, and we will be rejoining for all other shows including Loud as Hell fest and the Australian Shred Fest tour later this year. In the meantime, we hope that you’ll give a warm welcome to Nico and come see us shred together on the road”
