German heavy rock outfit Midnight Rider unveil their second single and lyric video Twice The Pride - Double The Fall, taken from the upcoming studio album Limited Infinity, set for release on June 5, 2026 (NEW RELEASE DATE!) via Massacre Records.

Following the first single The Renegade, MIDNIGHT RIDER now reveal another powerful facet of the upcoming album with a track that combines classic heavy rock authority and a darker, socially critical lyrical direction.

With Twice The Pride - Double The Fall, the band deliver one of the heaviest and most commanding songs on the record. Strongly inspired by the spirit of Black Sabbath, the track is built around crushing riffs, deliberate groove and a timeless sense of weight - while maintaining MIDNIGHT RIDER’s unmistakable melodic instinct.

Lyrically, the song confronts modern societal delusion and the dangerous ease with which public opinion can be manipulated through superficial online content. It reflects on how ignorance, misinformation and blind conformity can quietly pave the road toward authoritarianism.

Serving as another glimpse into Limited Infinity, the single highlights the album’s balance between classic heavy rock entertainment and thought-provoking substance.

On Limited Infinity, MIDNIGHT RIDER continue their dedication to the late ’70s heavy rock tradition, blending influences such as Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and other iconic acts of the era with their own identity.

The album also marks an exciting new chapter for the band, featuring Chris Black (High Spirits) on vocals, whose distinctive voice and layered choir arrangements add a fresh dimension to the sound.

Produced and mixed by Christian Benner and Ralf Grett, and mastered by Patrick Engel at Temple of Disharmony Studio, the album combines authentic retro spirit with a strong modern production.

With Twice The Pride - Double The Fall, MIDNIGHT RIDER prove once again that classic heavy rock can still sound sharp, relevant and full of fire.
