Swedan’s Transport League are proud to unveil their new cover of Depeche Mode’s “Wrong,” out now via Sound Pollution / Black Lodge Records. The new track, produced by Charlie Storm and Roberto Laghi, arrives accompanied by an official music video, available here.
On the inspiration to cover “Wrong,” Transport League shares: “During our European tour in 2022, we listened extensively to Nitzer Ebb, Mussolini Headkick, Skinny Puppy, and Depeche Mode. Depeche Mode’s track ‘Wrong’ resonated with us in particular — something compelled us to record our own cover of the 2009 song. We teamed up with producers Charlie Storm and Roberto Laghi, and together we unearthed weight, melancholy, and sorrow in our interpretation. It may even add a new dimension and inspiration to our own creative process.”
