MARK BOALS RETURNS TO IRON MASK – NEW ALBUM COMING ON FRONTIERS MUSIC

We are proud and excited to announce that Mark Boals is back in Iron Mask. The legendary voice behind some of our most iconic releases returns to join us once again for our upcoming new album, to be released via Frontiers Music in the 2nd half of 2026.

Mark Boals’ powerful and unmistakable vocals helped shape the sound and identity on ‘Black As Death’ (2011) and ´Fitfth Son Of Winterdoom’ (2013). 

With this new chapter we promise to deliver everything our fans expect: epic melodies, crushing riffs and virtuosity, soaring vocals, and pure neoclassical heavy metal spirit. Recording sessions are already underway and the mixing is scheduled for early march.
