AARON STAINTHORPE To Perform MY DYING BRIDE Material At Prophecy Fest 2026

Prophecy Productions has issued the following update in regards to Prophecy Fest 2026, scheduled for September 3-6 at Balve Cave in Balve, Germany.
In a unique collaboration, iconic vocalist Aaron Stainthorpe, keyboard player Mark Deeks & cello sorceress Jo Quail unite to perform songs of My Dying Bride, Arð, and Jo Quail’s own material together.
The following acts are confirmed for the festival: Camerata Mediolanense, Dold Vorde Ens Navn, Dornenreich, Empyrium, Farsot, Klimt 1918, Maunah, Nergal & Misþyrming, Neun Welten, Paragon Of Beauty, Secrets Of The Moon, Simone Salvatori, Sleeping Pulse, Spiritual Front, Stainthorpe, Deeks & Quail, Sun Of The Sleepless, The 3rd And The Mortal, Tiamat.
Prophecy Fest 2026 will bring dark, forward thinking music with an attitude to one of the world's most fascinating cultural locations, the legendary, natural Balve Cave. The three-day event will commence on Thursday, September 3 and it will conclude with a final concert starting before midnight of Saturday, September 5.
These special shows have been announced: TIAMAT "Wildhoney" show. MISÞYRMING & Nergal performing BEHEMOTH's "Sventevith (Storming Near the Baltic)", THE 3RD AND THE MORTAL presenting "Sorrow" and "Tears Laid in Earth". EMPYRIUM celebrate 30 years of "A Wintersunset...". SECRETS OF THE MOON reunite for 20 years of "Antithesis" (2006). DORNENREICH deliver their only metal show of the year. SLEEPING PULSE will appear live for the first time ever. SPIRITUAL FRONT throw a party for 20 years of "Armageddon Gigolo", while NEUN WELTEN celebrate 20 years of "Vergessene Pfade" and also play an exclusive metal set. STAINTHORPE, DEEKS & QUAIL collaborate to perform songs of My Dying Bride, Arð, and Joe Quail and PARAGON OF BEAUTY reunite for one final concert.
