Primal Fear bassist / co-founder and Sinner frontman Mat Sinner recently checked in with the following message:
“I will record a new Sinner album soon with a lot of wonderful boys & girls backing me in the studio, and release the best Sinner album we can imagine. Songs are ready and are coming out crushing. Never say never, but I will dedicate the last years of my musical career to Primal Fear. Let’s make the last Sinner album a special one that will make all my long time supporters happy, and let’s celebrate this unbelievable journey together! I will post some more exciting news about this new album next week. The last one turns off the lights. Boom, Bang, Goodbye.”
Sinner was launched by Mat Sinner in 1982. They have released 20 studio albums since then, their latest record, Brotherhood, having been issued in July 2022.
Mat has checked in again with a new update:
“As announced earlier this week Alex Scholpp (guitars), Moritz Müller (drums), Jim Müller (guitars) and Lisa Müller (keyboards) will join me in the studio to record the music for the new Sinner album, plus my friend Jacob Hansen will mix the album. We can reveal the first half of our guests – hope you enjoy the amazing set up of the guys riding with me into the sunset. The final 5 guests will be posted asap.”
