Australian street rock titans ROSE TATTOO are set to unleash "The Albums 1981 – 84", a 4CD / 53-track box set celebrating the band’s early legacy - arriving February 20, 2026!
This clamshell collection compiles every release from 1977 to 1984, capturing the raw power, attitude, and blues-soaked grit that made ROSE TATTOO one of Australia’s most influential exports.
Disc 1 – "Rock N Roll Outlaw" (1978) featuring the anthem “Nice Boys (Don't Play Rock N Roll)” - later famously covered by GUNS N ROSES - plus the Australian Top 10 hit “Bad Boy For Love.”
Disc 2 – "Assault & Battery" (1981), a UK Top 40 charting album, including “Rock N Roll Is King”, a single that reached No.37 in Australia.
Disc 3 – "Scarred For Life" (1982) packed with classics such as “It’s Gonna Work Itself Out”, along with three non-LP bonus tracks.
Disc 4 – "Southern Stars" (1984) featuring the singles “Freedom’s Flame” and “I Wish” (Australia No.27).
