BEYOND THE BLACK Release New Single And Video “The Art Of Being Alone” Feat. LORD OF THE LOST

Symphonic metal sensation, Beyond The Black, are excited to share the third single from their upcoming studio album, Break The Silence, which is due to be released on January 9 via Nuclear Blast Records.
The emotional anthem, “The Art Of Being Alone”, features none other than Chris Harms of German metal band, Lord Of The Lost, on guest vocals, and lyrically deals with important contemporary issues such as mental health, self-empowerment and positive life perception. A video that has been released alongside the single illustrates the feeling of being alone and cornered, but towards the end, it shows the path to self-awareness and ultimately, a way out of this mental prison.
Singer Jennifer Haben commented: “‘The Art Of Being Alone’ is one of the most emotional songs for us since it‘s born from personal battles and quiet reflections. We wanted it to be fragile and powerful at the same time and we believe many of you will find your own story between its lines. Having Chris Harms join us with his uniquely intense voice and personality felt absolutely perfect and brought a depth to this track that made it even more special.”
Chris Harms (Lord Of The Lost) added: “This duet was long overdue! For more than 10 years now, Lord Of The Lost and Beyond The Black have been crossing paths — we like and appreciate each other and it was kind of obvious that Jenny’s and my voices would work great together.
