As The Conjuring: Last Rites terrifies audiences in theaters, best-selling horror creator Alan Robert (The Beauty Of Horror, Life Of Agony) has announced that he has illustrated The Official Conjuring Universe Coloring Book for Insight Editions, distributed by Simon and Schuster, now available for pre-order. This is the third coloring book Robert has created for Insight Editions, including Beetlejuice and Universal Monsters.
Scheduled for release on March 24, 2026, this new book invites fans to relive The Conjuring franchise’s most haunting moments in an interactive and creative way. Alan Robert is the creator of the bestselling Beauty Of Horror adult coloring book series and the author-illustrator of acclaimed graphic novels like Wire Hangers, Crawl To Me, and Killogy. He’s illustrated official Beetlejuice and Universal Monsters coloring books for Insight Editions, and is also the bassist and lyricist for the band Life Of Agony, inducted into the Metal Hall of Fame in 2025. Rolling Stone hailed their debut album River Runs Red as “one of the greatest metal albums of all time.” A Brooklyn native, Robert studied cartooning at NYC’s School of Visual Arts under legendary Thor creator Walt Simonson.
