Germany’s MONO INC. Return With Single / Video “Abendrot”; New Album To Be Released In August 2025

German goth rock band, Mono Inc., are pleased to unveil their new single, “Abendrot”, the fourth release from their upcoming album, Darkness, due out August 15th via NoCut. The track arrives alongside a new music video, available to view here.
Mono Inc. comments: “‘Abendrot’ (translated: ‘Sunset’) is about emotional violence between two people. This is an important subject because it has been proven that people who are emotionally abused suffer dramatic consequences, but at the same time verbal violence, blackmail and insults are all too often trivialized. The lyrics describes the interplay of feelings between exaggerated love, humiliation and lies, in which the victim increasingly idealizes the perpetrator and at the same time doubts herself more and more.”
Mono Inc. combine grand melodies and emotional depth in the 12 songs on Darkness. Their new album unleashes epochal power while simultaneously creating intimate moments – best experienced live starting in October on Mono Inc.’s biggest tour to date.
