German dark rockers END OF GREEN have signed a worldwide record deal with Reaper Entertainment. After releasing their last two studio albums via Napalm Records, the band is now returning to their home country.
When friend and supporter Achim Ostertag closed his label “Silverdust Records” over 10 years ago, they were looking togehter for a new partner. Now that Achim is part of a label again with Reaper Entertainment, it was an obvious decision for END OF GREEN to sign a new record deal and become part of the Reaper family.
The band comments: “It feels a bit like coming home. Because to put it bluntly, if we started our own label, Achim, Flori and Greg would be exactly the people we'd ask how to do it. Then we'd talk for a while and realize that it all fits pretty well. So, let's just skip the step and come straight home.
We like it when it's human and we need that too. At REAPER ENTERTAINMENT, we can be human. Finally again.”
Achim from Reaper Entertainment adds: “We are overjoyed that END OF GREEN are now part of the Reaper family. I have a very long friendship with the band that goes back to the early days of Summer Breeze. The band played at the second Summer Breeze Festival in 1999 and was with SILVERDUST Records for over 10 years. When I told Greg and Flori about the idea of bringing END OF GREEN to Reaper, they were both immediately on fire. So what belongs together grows together.”
The band's last studio album, “Void Estate”, was released in August 2017. In addition to a new studio album, another highlight is planned for 2025. More information will be available soon.
