L.A based Palaye Royale share new single & video ‘Just My Type’.  The new song is released just before the band return to the UK for Slam Dunk Festival, followed by a run of European headline shows.

Directed by Mod Sun, the video for ‘Just My Type’ features Huddy, Royal & the Serpents, Mod Sun, Jack GRIFFO,. Sophie Powers, Clinton Cave (Chase Atlantic), Andy Leo and others. Due to the band's recent loss of their mother, these artists and everyone else teamed up to make a music video for the band.

‘Just My Type’ follows in the musical footsteps of the double EPs ‘Sextape’ and ‘Songs For Sadness’, combining elements of the two to create a slick alternative pop track that suggests the beginning of a new era for the trio.

‘Sextape’ and ‘Songs For Sadness’ concluded a monumental year for the trio, which saw them celebrate massively successful album ‘Fever Dream’ with their biggest run of headline shows in the EU + UK, including a sold out show at London’s Eventim Apollo, as well as a packed out set at Reading & Leeds Festival, and ‘Songs For Sadness’ primes the band for their biggest year yet, with the band set to release another even longer form project, with more details to be shared soon. They’re also confirmed for festivals like Slam Dunk in the UK & France,  as well as  Tons of Rock in Norway and Ilosaarirock in Finland. Full dates can be found below, with more to be announced very soon. Keep your eyes peeled.

Equal parts brit-pop, glam rock and art-punk, Palaye Royale has amassed over a billion streams throughout their career and earned a legion of cult-like fans with their fast-paced dirty rock’n’roll. First landing in Los Angeles as teenagers, the brothers worked their way up through the ruthless L.A. rock scene going from playing basement shows while living out of their car to headlining arenas around the world. And whether they’re taking the stage at major festivals like Reading and Leeds, Download and Pinkpop or playing to sold-out crowds in such far-flung locales as Amsterdam, Prague and Mexico City, the band’s most crucial ambition is to deepen their rarefied connection with their beloved fanbase, lovingly dubbed the Soldiers of the Royal Council.
