ART OF ANARCHY has released the official music video for a new song called "Die Hard". The band's most epic song to date, clocking in at over 7:30 minutes long, it features heavy guitar riffs, slaying double bass and soaring choruses. The clip takes you on a cinematic journey in a futuristic sci-fi fantasy world, where everyone has a Joker card in their hand to play.
The "Die Hard" video stars Charlie Gillespie (as "The Prince Of Anarchy"),Canadian actor and singer known for his role as Luke Patterson in the Netflix series "Julie And The Phantoms". For the clip, ART OF ANARCHY again teamed up with acclaimed director Dale "Rage" Resteghini (FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, Corey Taylor, MUDVAYNE, TRIVIUM, PLUSH, FEAR FACTORY, ANTHRAX, CHILDREN OF BODOM),who previously worked with the band on the recently released "Vilified" video starring Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr., along with "news narrations" by former QUEENSRŸCHE singer Geoff Tate. The video was filmed on a massive soundstage in New Jersey.
"Die Hard" and "Vilified" are both taken from ART OF ANARCHY's third studio album, "Let There Be Anarchy", which will be released on February 16 via Pavement Music.
Joining founding ART OF ANARCHY members Jon Votta (guitar),Vince Votta (drums) and guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (GUNS N' ROSES, SONS OF APOLLO) in the band's new lineup are vocalist Jeff Scott Soto (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, JOURNEY, SONS OF APOLLO) and bassist Tony Dickinson (SOTO, TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA).
Gooding previously said: "'Vilified' is not a song, but a statement, a message, and a warning. It is a reflection of the many issues that are being brought to the forefront within our society. Mental illness, mass shootings, institutions, people being demonized without proper information or due process. 'Vilified' will no doubt be one of those culturally significant rock songs that will speak to generations to come. Because in the end, we must fight against the urge to vilify what we do not understand!""Let There Be Anarchy" track listing:
