Due to health reasons, Hypocrisy guitarist Thomas Elofsson (on the far right above) has been forced off the road. He checked in on Facebook:
"Okay. Today was not a good day, but at the same time it was. A few hours ago i suffered a massive heart attack. I just came out of surgery and I'm a bit tired but in good spirit. I survived. 3 vains where clogged and had to be cleared. The doctor did a good job and I owe him everything i got. Thank you. The show must go on and right this minute @hypocrisyband are playing without me for the first time in 13 years! Give em hell boys!! Now im gonna rest"
Hypocrisy will be appearing at a few festivals in Europe this summer and will play some shows with label buddies Behemoth and In Flames.
On November 26, 2021, Hypocrisy released their latest album, Worship, which saw the best global chart results in the band's history so far.
